LEARN MINERALOGY

The learn mineralogy section is the glossary of Smart mineralogist. It contains a wealth of information you may find useful as a reference or learning guide. Inside it, you will find the most common mineralogical phrases used in this guide and the app as a whole. To get an idea what each section of the glossary contains, be sure to read the informative introduction section when available for its chapters, or its online equivalent.

The glossary was designed on the same format as this help guide, and both function and navigate in a similar manner. If you can navigate through this guide, then you can definitely find your way around the learn mineralogy guide.

As of version 1.35, you will also be able to take advantage of split-screen capabilities on Android 7.0 and higher devices, if the multi-window state is activated. Launching the learn mineralogy section or this help guide will immediately occupy the next half-pane on your screen, displacing any app that was there. Should you not like this behavior, the general settings have an option to disable it.
